NATURAL-FORM TABLE

A natural-form juniper pedestal supports a pickle-tank fir top. The base is made from recycled plow disks and gravel sorting screen; the banding around the tabletop is hand-tooled metal. Clear finish.

Materials & History

The tabletop is reclaimed pickle-tank fir from the Vlasic pickle factory in Detriot, Michigan. Salts used in the pickling process give the wood an interesting patina. The plow disks are from eastern Montana and the gravel sorting screen is from the Gallatin Valley.
