We work closely with our clients to ensure that every BT home captures the spirit of its owners and surroundings.
Tours.
You’ll tour our yard to learn more about BT and the materials and resources available, and then we’ll take you to see some of our BT homes.
Site and Needs Evaluation.
We’ll go with you on a complimentary visit to your home site and work with you to develop an understanding of your vision, needs and budget.
Design.
We start with a concept that complements the surroundings and incorporates both your and our ideas. Whether you are local or live out of town, we’ll communicate frequently to refine the concept and develop a preliminary budget.
Build.
We’ll develop more precise construction drawings to refine the budget before entering into the Build phase. You’ll be involved in the selection of sustainable materials and methods, and we’ll hold monthly budget and billing meetings.
