From Trusses to the Finishing Touches.
Most commonly, our mill is busy filling timber packages, as well as milling reclaimed wood into flooring, paneling and siding for use in homes and commercial buildings. We bring over 30 years of sawmill experience to our clients–builder, architect and homeowner–to ensure the outcome meets the vision.
We pull from our vast inventory kept on-hand, which we continue to source and restock with reclaimed wood year round. If you’ve found or purchased reclaimed wood elsewhere, our sawmill facility can remanufacture it into flooring or siding (…or anything else you want). Whether you’re choosing to work with our inventory or supplying your own, our sawmill and skilled workers create distinctly unique pieces of lumber for you and your home or business.
Old nail holes or variations in color add natural warmth to your space not found in new wood products. At Big Timberworks, we prefer to work with reclaimed wood materials not only for their beauty but because they tend to be more stable. Where new wood can shrink, move, and twist, reclaimed lumber stays strong, sturdy, and reliable.
